The online store sells products to private persons of legal age. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
The products are ordered online by transfering them to the shopping cart and paying the content in the online payment service. All customer data is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current delivery terms and conditions.
Payment and payment methods

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

With the Paytrail payment service, you can pay for your purchases with all common payment methods:

Buy what you love and enjoy. Card and online banking payments appear in the Klarna app like other payment methods, so you always stay on top of your expenses.
Pay later. Place your order today and pay for the product first after you have received it and made a final purchase decision. With Klarna you get 30 days of free and interest-free payment period. The payment period starts from delivery of the order. This means that you receive the product before you have to pay for it. You can also try the product in peace before making a purchase decision. If for some reason you want to return the product, you don't have to wait for the money to be returned to your account.
The invoice will be sent with your order. It will also appear in the Klarna app, where you will receive reminders of the due date and can easily pay your invoice. If you wish, you can also snooze your payment, i.e. move the due date of your invoice. We charge a small fee for this service.
Break the payment into installments.
Sometimes when making larger purchases, it's good to be able to spread the costs over several months. With Klarna, you can place an order now and split the payments over up to 36 months. In the Klarna app, you can manage your payments and due dates.
Klarna's installment payment does not require complicated registration or a separate credit application. We make a credit decision immediately based on the information you enter at checkout. If you are granted the option of installment payment, you can choose the installment payment plan that suits you best, the terms and costs of which are presented to you immediately at checkout. Our installment payments always have fixed due dates. In the Klarna app, you can always see your next due date and receive reminders of these.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available, if any. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs
We deliver free of charge to pick-up points and parcel machines in Finland for orders over €59. The free shipping limit does not apply to Posti Home Parcels, the Wolt service, or shipments to Åland or EU countries.
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. You can choose the delivery method that best suits you at checkout, and the exact delivery cost is shown. Delivery methods:

Delivery Time
Orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform you about any unusual delivery times on its website.
Return Conditions
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed Package
Unclaimed is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge the shipping costs for an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.
Problem Situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
